These Terms & Conditions govern your use of prestasignal.com and the PrestaSignal server-side tracking service operated by SC PrestaChamps SRL. By using the website or the service, you agree to these terms.
Who we are
prestasignal.com and the PrestaSignal service are owned and operated by SC PrestaChamps SRL, registered in Târgu Mureș, Romania, Tax number 42884751. References to “we”, “us” or “PrestaSignal” mean SC PrestaChamps SRL.
The service
PrestaSignal provides a PrestaShop module and a hosted server-side tracking container that forwards e-commerce events to the analytics and advertising platforms you connect (such as GA4, Google Ads and Meta). The service is provided on a subscription basis as described on our pricing page.
Subscriptions and billing
The service is billed per store, monthly or yearly, at the prices shown on the pricing page. Billing is handled manually by invoice. Your license remains active while your account is paid up. If an invoice is overdue, a short grace period applies before tracking is paused. Monthly plans are month-to-month and may be cancelled at any time; tracking stops at the end of the paid period.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for installing the module on a store you control, for obtaining any consent required from your visitors before tracking them, and for ensuring your use of the data you collect complies with applicable law and the terms of the platforms you connect. You must not use the service for unlawful purposes or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it.
Availability
We aim to keep the hosted tracking service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance and may update the service to keep it compatible with PrestaShop and the connected platforms.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for inaccuracies in third-party platform data, or for losses arising from your own configuration or misuse. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, with the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Târgu Mureș, Romania.
